Our production process starts with blue prints, which are used to create knives. All lumber is ripped on the Gang Rip Saw which ensures straightness. Profiles are passed through the moulder and then wrapped and delivered to the construction site. Our company hand inspects every outgoing shipment and the same quality is expected no matter how big or how small the order gets.

Our Central Virginia location has introduced us to the colonial architecture of Thomas Jefferson, James Madison and other historic homes. We have been able to reproduce many of these older moulding styles and added them to our large library of Moulding.
